Things to do instead of social media!

This week I went on a little unplanned Facebook break (ok, it was Facebook “jail” but it was exactly what I needed! I’m keeping it up because I started writing a brand new book, read more and deep cleaned my bedroom. I thought I would share a list I made of 100 things to do instead of checking your social sites! Social media is a tool, and it can be a helpful one or not……

Instead of Social List:

  1. Write a journal entry
  2. Enjoy a coffee or tea
  3. Take a power nap
  4. Call a family member
  5. Send a text message
  6. Pay a bill
  7. Put on a load of laundry
  8. Pick up items on the floor
  9. Sit outside and enjoy the fresh air
